We recommend a two-day route to enjoy outdoor activities and the wine tourism offer in the interior of Catalonia, one hour from Barcelona. You can do the route whenever you want, but keep in mind that the Anigami Experiences park is closed in winter, and it's not to be missed!You will spend the night in Berga, in the Pyrenees of Catalonia . This municipality, certified as a Family Tourism Destination by the Catalan Tourist Board, has all the services and equipment adapted to the needs of families. In its natural environment, the you can enjoy Serra de Queralt, an ideal enclave for hiking, mountain biking or paragliding.Also the Cadi Moixeró Natural Park, with its mountain barrier of imposing cliffs, and the Pedraforca mountain, with its peculiar pitchfork shape, with two peaks separated by a large v-shaped formation. It is the emblem of hiking in Catalonia.We suggest you sleep at the Berga Resort. It is a campsite and sports centre that has a wide range of equipment to practise sports and outdoor activities. It also has a 3-star ludicothermal centre. From the bungalow with porch and garden where you will stay, you can see Pedraforca.Day 1: Cycle tourism and tasting of organic sausages and winesFrom the Berga Resort you go to Vic, 40 minutes away, to start the first activity of the route: a E-bike experience. Organised by Catalonia Bike Tours, this bike tour is accompanied by a brunch and a tasting of Vic's sausages. The route runs along quiet rural roads in the Plana de Vic, lasts 5 hours and is not very difficult.You will drive in the direction of Manlleu by electric bike and accompanied by a guide. Following the course of the Ter river you will enjoy its fluvial landscape. In this first stop, the activity is a private guided tour of the Ter Museum. Here they explain the history of the industrialisation of the area in the 19th century, thanks to the power of the water of the Ter river. You will also check how one of the oldest hydraulic turbines in Catalonia works. These turbines were once used in the textile factories in this area.Back in Vic, the next stop will be Guilleries-Savassona Natural Area. This protected natural environment has exuberant vegetation and a reservoir, the Sau.In the afternoon, you head to DO Pla de Bages. The fortified farmhouse with 1,000 years of history that houses the winery is located on a large estate of 400 hectares. For 45 minutes you will tour its ecologically produced vineyards between dry stone huts, typical of the area. You will also visit an ice well and an old pot kiln, which gave rise to the name of the winery. At the end of the visit you will taste two organic wines with a view of the Montserrat mountain.Day 2: Adventure in the trees and brunch among the vineyards p>The last day of the route starts very close to Vic. Prepare to spend a morning of adventures in nature by visiting the park Anigami Experièncias. With an adventure pass you can choose from 20 activities. Sign up for rock climbing, zip lines, orienteering and aerial bridges. Children can practise archery and launch themselves down a giant inflatable slide.In the afternoon you will visit the Cellers Abadal in Avinyó a>, from the DO Pla de Bages, very close to Manresa. The visit includes a brunch among the vineyards. First you will take a guided tour of the 12th century farmhouse, the cellar, the dry stone huts and the boot room. You will also visit the estate's wine museum, with utensils over three hundred years old, and a collection of old carriages and transport vehicles. At the end, a brunch awaits you with products from the area, paired with wines made with the Picapoll grape variety, indigenous to the DO Pla de Bages.Back to the hotel, take the opportunity to stroll around and enjoy the impressive views of the Cadi Moixeró Natural Park. Enjoy a little fresh air before returning to your accommodation.
