Less than an hour from Barcelona, a 3-day route awaits you to enjoy active tourism on the Costa Brava, next to the Montgrí, les Illes Medes i el Baix Ter Natural Park and the Natural Reserve of the Illes Medes. You will discover its walking paths by the sea and you might like to go up to the medieval castle of Sant Joan, located on a hill.Day 2: The Illes Medes with underwater vision and horse riding excursion in L'Estartit From Lloret de Mar you will move to The Adventure of the Nautilus. You will be able to observe the flora and fauna of the Illes Medes Natural Reserve, an archipelago of 7 islets located in the Montgrí, les Illes Medes i el Baix Ter Natural Park.This reserve is an ecosystem of great biological and ecological value, considered the best in the western Mediterranean. On board the Nautilus, a boat with cabins submerged under water, you will sail comfortably and you will be able to observe the seabed of the area: posidonia meadows, red corals, rays, crabs, starfish... From the sea, you will enjoy the views of the Montgrí massif /a>, Cala Pedrosa or the Roca Foradada marine cave.In the afternoon, you will tour the natural surroundings of L'Estartit on the back of a horse. The excursion is organised by Mas Paguina riding school and lasts around an hour. An expert instructor guides you along the route, which does not require much experience. During the route you will pass through protected areas such as the Gola del Ter beach, where the Ter river flows into the sea.Day 3: Via ferrata in Sant Feliu de Guíxols and visit to the Casa dels Gats Museum in Lloret de MarOn the last day you move to Sant Feliu de Guíxols to do a route along the via ferrata of Cala del Molí, with Verd Mar Activitats. This via ferrata, in addition to being the only one in Europe hanging over the sea, is also the only way to access the cove.The route it starts on the path that follows the coast, making its way between fishing villages, coves and cliffs. Along the route, suspended by the rocks and with the sea at your feet, you will find steps and iron elements that will help you climb the walls.
