The chefs at La Gastronómica will choose a winner and then you can all enjoy the paellas you made around the table. A sommelier will present the wines to be used, which you will try and then combine however you want to create something even better. Also in teams, you will define the various roles, prepare the wine and even engage in a storytelling exercise, the labelling and come up with a sales pitch. Discovering local projects Greenevents Barcelona offers sustainable team building activities for working with the region. For example, you can visit an eco-friendly garden to discover a sustainable farming project near Barcelona. Besides learning about seasonal crops and helping to look after them, you will harvest local produce for a ‘calçotada’ or to make a paella. You can also discover the fishing trade on the coast of Barcelona. You will visit a fishing village and see how the boats return to port with their daily catch. You will witness the daily fish auction, learn to recognise local species and engage in responsible consumption. Did you know that there are vineyards in Barcelona too?
