Afterwards, you will go sailing for 2 hours along the coast of the Cap de Creus Natural Park. Between cliffs, caves and deep waters you will coast along the bay of Llançà until you reach Cala Bramant and Cap Ras.The second half of the day, the plan is to enjoy a wine tourism experience with Viemocions at the winery DO Empordà in a gastronomic hotel with 1 Michelin star.Day 3: Route in burricleta and oil tourism in Roses< /a>, a town that is part of the prestigious club of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World, start your day with a burricleta, electric bike route. The route organised by Bicicletas y Rutas reaches Castelló d'Empúries. The route is 33 km that can be done in half a day. The level of difficulty is low and this company also offers self-guided tours with GPS.The route goes through the Aiguamolls de L'Empordà Natural Park and by the mouth of the Muga river, from where you can see the whole bay of Roses. Already in the medieval town of Castelló d'Empúries you will visit the church of Santa Maria, from the 13th century, known as the cathedral of Empordà.In the afternoon, a guided tour awaits you at < a href="https://www.catalunya.com/olive-oil-experience-1-4-546838">Olive Oil Experience. Its oil is produced with the Argudell variety, indigenous to Empordà, and Arbequina, the majority in Catalonia, belongs to the Denomination of Protected Origin Oli de l'Empordà.Day 4: The rice cultural route and the Montgrí maritime routeOn board the Xiulet, the cultural rice train of Pals, you will start the last day of the trip. On this route you will discover how this rice with a protected designation of origin is grown, from planting to harvesting. It starts in Pals, goes through the cultivated fields of the area and makes several stops. One of the stops is the Molí de Pals, an old building that served as a castle and mill for five centuries. The route lasts 2 hours.After lunch, you will go with Medaqua on the Robinson route, which combines hiking and a boat trip along the coast of Montgrí, les Illes Medes i el Baix Ter Natural Park. At L'Estartit you will set off towards the Illes Medes Natural Reserve with a stop at Cala Pedrosa for a dive and snorkelling among forests of posidonia and corals. From there you start the return hiking route passing through the viewpoint of Cap de la Barra, which offers good views of the Illes Medes.
