The Banys de Tredòs spa hotel is located in the town of Salardú, in the idyllic countryside of the Val d'Aran. This small hotel is located in an 18th century building eight kilometres from the village, in the valley of Aiguamog, and combines the ingredients of a relaxing retreat and a select range of spa treatments. It is located 1,700 metres above sea level, on the edge of the Parc Nacional d’Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici. In winter, access becomes an attractive adventure that includes part of the journey on snowmobiles.

The hotel ground include the hot springs pool and Finnish sauna. Also, the treatment area includes a massage room, Vichy shower and hot tub. The springs that feed these facilities were already known in Roman times and their sulphur water flow reaches 33 degrees Celsius. A small room, which is heated by a wood stove fire, lends a sense of refuge in the hotel. On the upper floors, there are nine double rooms, all with a bathroom and natural spring water. The catering service includes breakfast buffets and lunch or dinner in a small dining room.
