Castelló d'Empúries-Empuriabrava has one of the best places in Europe to go parachuting and skydiving. You can look out over the untamed coast of the Costa Brava with a bird's-eye-view. To experience the aerial panoramic views, go up in a hot-air balloon or a paraglider. These are two flight options that are accessible to everyone.

From the sky to the depths of earth. In Catalonia, potholers find caves full of adventure and action to test their knowledge. You can also go underground at a more leisurely pace. There is a cave in Tarragona that goes under most of the city. It will surprise you.

You can find canyons in the Catalan Pyrenees, especially in the Pallars Sobirà region and in the town of Llavorsí, where you can descend the Berrós and Estaron canyons In the La Garrotxa region, you can enjoy the Sant Aniol canyon and the Canals canyon. In Tarragona don't miss the canyons in the Els Ports Natural Park.
