Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort

The TorreMirona Golf & Spa Resort is a 4-star hotel that has excellent accommodation, restaurant and wellness services. There is a choice between the magnificent rooms or one of the luxurious apartments in this establishment, which is located in the Alt Empordà district and has its own golf course.

In the Alt Empordà district is the Torremirona resort, a complex of apartments, a hotel, a golf course, sports centre and spa.

Outside, surrounded by lawns, there is a 25-metre pool and another smaller one for children. The indoor pool has fountains. The installations include a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool tubs and pedilavium.

It has UV rooms and treatment cabins. Among the face treatments there are some exotic ones like the Sens IBI, which uses quartz crystals or the Cellcosmet Active, with regenerating biointegral cells. Mediterranean peeling, pressure therapy and reaffirming treatments are offered.

The massages can be Californian, Thai, four hands or subaquatic; there are some for pregnant women and golfers. Sports massage and physiotherapy are also given. The Hydrojet Medical is a body massage with jets, but with a layer to prevent the water from hitting the patient’s body.

The centre has a team of beauty medical specialists.

There are also four tennis courts, four for paddle, a multisports field and a gymnasium with fitness room and directed activities. Aqua gym is done in the pool.
