The Sunway International Chess Festival, Sitges

The Sunway Playa Golf & amp; Spa Hotel of Sitges organises the fourth edition of the International Chess Festival. Participants and great masters from all over the world will gather and play classic and fast games.

The Sunway International Chess Festival in Sitges was played for the first time in 2014. It is a tournament open to players with a valid international license with a certain score. This year, in 2017, the fourth edition will be held, which, like the previous ones, will take place at the Sunway Playa Golf & Spa Hotel in this town of El Garraf

Over time, the number of participants in the event has increased, and it has attracted great masters from around the world. Classic and fast matches with a total of 25,000 Euros in prizes to be distributed among the more than 300 contestants (more than one hundred masters) in the last contest, from 37 countries.
