Silence Thalasso-Spa Centre per a la Millora del rendiment de la Salut i l'Esport (CMR)

In the Silence Spa of the Centre de Millora del Rendiment de Calella there are four different areas: Zona Silence, Zona Beauty, gymnasium and cafeteria. A place in the Maresme district for turning off and resting from the daily routine.

In the Centre de Millora del Rendiment, (CMR, or Performance Improvement Centre), in Calella, the new Silence Spa has been opened. This is a space conceived for disconnecting and resting. There is a swimming pool, heated lagoon, Copacati whirlpool, beds, wraps, Illapa, Inca baths, Finnish sauna, ice fountain, hot&cold showers, Aztec tunnel and steam bath.

Therapeutic and aesthetic massages are made, and also facial treatments, acoua services, body treatments and depilation. All using colours and aromas to enhance the physical, mental and emotional results.
