Refugi de Pescadors
Restaurants/Recipes, Rice restaurants, Seafood/fish, TraditionalRefugi de Pescadors has been located in the heart of Sant Antoni de Calonge since the 1970s and is notable for its distinctive maritime décor. The success of its cooking is based on an old family secret: cuisine without surprises, excellent local products and truly generous portions in an inviting and friendly setting.
The premises are decorated in a sea-faring style, just right to promote their traditional and Mediterranean cuisine, featuring recipes from yesteryear. We can highlight dishes such as a seafood platter, rice stew with lobster, black rice, noodle stew with Dublin Bay prawns and cuttlefish and the house speciality: sea bass in fennel.
The fifth generation of the Vilardell family now run the business, with high quality raw material kept fresh, and alive, in the tanks right in the actual restaurant.
