Parador Nacional de Turisme de Vielha

The Parador de Vielha stands at the top of a hill on the way into Vielha, from where to see the beauty of the surroundings and the Aranese city. It is a luxury establishment with a spectacular circular dining room and large garden with views of the valley.

The Parador de Vielha is on the outskirts of the regional capital. In fact, it is one of the first buildings you see on entering the region. Its location enables travellers and visitors to enjoy magnificent views over the valley.

At the intersection formed by the hotel´s two wings there is a circular building with picture windows housing the restaurant, which specialises in local cuisine.

The spa facilities include a hot and cold dynamic pool with bubbles, curtain waterfall and neck massage jets. A waterway extends into the open air, where there is also a Jacuzzi and a wooden deck for sunbathing. So, it is possible to enjoy an open air swim in the middle of winter, when there is snow on the ground all around you.

Other health facilities are under cover, including sauna, Turkish bath, pediluvium, hydro massage bath, Vichy shower, UVA tanning booth and hot loungers. The facilities are completed with a small gym with exercise machines.

In addition to specific treatments using the above machines, there is also a wellness centre. Treatments and services include massages for the feet, facial massage, geothermal massages and with Pindas or body wraps with chocolate, seaweed and green tea.
