Hola Olive offers a journey that takes you to the hundred-year-old olive trees that producer Adrià Dalmau uses to make Nousegons Premium olive oil, so you can taste it and learn about the production process for Premium olive oil, a new category of Extra Virgin olive oil.
It earns this name as a result of the way it is made, from the processes of looking after the soil, tree cultivation and collecting the olives to the crushing and production. Green harvesting gives them a more nuanced aroma and flavour.
Dalmau is an olive oil specialist and sommelier, and he himself will guide the visitors on this experience. At the end of the olive oil tasting, visitors will be offered an aperitif with regional cheeses and bread, as well as wine from Costers del Segre DO and good Iberian ham.
