The Gran Claustre Hotel offers an experience consisting of preparing a Mediterranean-style gourmet menu from local seasonal products.
In this activity, participants learn about the correct dishes and plates to use, which wine should go with each dish, what itemsshould accompany the dish and how to serve the dishes correctly. A catering professional helps with the conceptual design of the menu, selection of ingredients and preparation. Finally, all the participants get to taste what they have prepared.
