The River Ter Route is an itinerary of more than 200 kilometers following the River Ter flow. It can be done walking or on bicycle, and it starts in Ulldeter (Setcases) and ends at Gola del Ter (Torroella de Montgrí-l'Estartit).

The River Ter Route is a walking or bicycle tour suitable for everybody. The route's signposting is specific and unique. The distance is 140 miles. It starts at the Ulldeter refuge (7336 feet) and ends at Gola del Ter. The route is divided into ten legs that run mostly between long and short distance paths (GR, PR signs), green ways, forest trails, historic roads and some stretches of asphalted roads.
