La Pleta is an exclusive hotel and spa in the Val d'Aran, near the Baqueira Beret ski resort. It is 1,700 metres above sea level and is in a building that is in the style of the traditional constructions of the area. It has been awarded several times: the resort was declared the best ski hotel 2006 by The Great Skiing & Snowboarding Guide; the spa was in the top 10 of the most romantic in 2007 on a list made by a series of North American publications, and the restaurant received the La Cazuela 2008 prize awarded by Cadena SER radio.

The spa in La Pleta, Occitania Spa, has installations with Turkish bath, thermal showers, ionised baths, massage cabins, Jacuzzi, snow bath, hot&cold bath, hot&cold shower and Swedish sauna, beds, herb tea, aroma therapy and relaxing music. A wide range of massages is offered: for two lovers, honey from the Val d'Aran, Thai, hot stones, head and cranial, cocoa exfoliation, foot, back and cervical, leg reflexology, Vichy shower, sports, aroma therapy, lymphatic drainage and reshaping.

There is a hydro massage column in the high range rooms. The resort has an indoor pool and a gymnasium, and offers ski guides and rental and sale of material.
