Joan Cid i Mulet Literary Fair

A literary fair in homage to the native writer Josep Cid i Mulet hosted each year by the EMD of Jesús. The event brings together writers, booksellers and representatives of the socio-cultural field. Activities are also scheduled for all audiences.

For a few years, readers from Terres de l'Ebre have been able to try out the editorial novelties of local authors in the Joan Cid i Mulet Literary Fair. An event organised by the Entitat Descentralitzada de Jesús (Municipal Entity) in tribute to this native writer.

Over three days a wide range of activities are scheduled throughout the municipality related to the worlds of books and literature. As well as conferences, presentations, recitals, round-table discussions and storytelling, the streets are also filled with stands set up by bookshops and institutions from throughout the area. The fair brings together numerous writers, editors, and booksellers representing the whole sociocultural area.
