Iberian Citadel of Calafell

Tourism proposals, Cultural activities
A visit to the Iberian archaeological site allows the family to discover how the Iberians used to live and what their customs were through a series of different activities.

La Iberian Citadel at Calafell is an archaeological site which has been rebuilt to how it was in the Iron Age allowing visitors to travel back 2500 years in time and discover, touch and feel how our ancestors, the Iberians, would have lived. Visitors can go into the houses, dress up as Iberians and have a go at making flour with the old mills, amongst other things.

Check out the programme of activities on the website, where activities designed for families are offered, particularly in Spring and Summer months: treasure hunts to get to know the site, themed visits and children's workshops.
