Hotel Praktik Vinoteca

An unusual boutique hotel dedicated to the world of wine in the centre of Barcelona, just 10 minutes' walk from Plaça de Catalunya. It offers a display of some 900 bottles of wine, as well as tasting and sampling sessions.

Praktik Vinoteca makes use of wine from Catalonia as the main motif of its themed decor, which was created by the prestigious designer and interior designer, Lázaro Rosa-Violán. All of Spain's 12 wine Designations of Origin are represented, which can be sampled in the trusty hands of the establishment's sommelier, while private tasting sessions are also available.

The hotel's rooms, which were renovated in 2014 when it was inaugurated, are designed to guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay. All rooms face onto the interior patio, guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest. 

The hotel has a privileged location in the city centre near the historical building of the Universitat de Barcelona, a few minutes' walk from Passeig de Gràcia.
