Gran Hotel Reymar

Stress and tiredness are enemies of well-being and are combated in Reymar Spa with a wide range of treatments, aroma therapy and emotional release therapies, amongst other things.

The Gran Hotel Reymar is on top of a headland covered with stone pines. It overlooks Mar Menuda beach, and behind it are some small coves and the castle and Roman Villa of Els Ametllers.

The spa is not very large, but includes a heated indoor pool, a sauna, Turkish bath and a relaxation room with ozone, and there is a wide range of treatments to choose from.

You can have any number of massages, even one with wet towels, and there are two Hawaiian style therapies, Ayus-lomi and Lomi-lami. The same applies to the facial treatments. The exfoliation treatment Abai plus, is carried out with aluminium oxide powder, and there are also treatments with collagen veil, vitamin C and retinol. The spa also has the latest technology and equipment for the body (fat reducing) and the face (for firming and treating lines).

This means the range of treatment packages is equally extensive. To mention just a few, the slimming programme, the Urban Break , a one-day programme, treatment for reducing pain, and post-addiction treatment.

The hotel was built in 1960 and the restaurant in 2003. It has an outdoor pool, with terrace, bar and Jacuzzi, tennis court, gym and table tennis. The restaurant has sea views. There is also a tea lounge for those seeking a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
