Day 1

Girona on two wheels

Trekking along the coast
On foot, the Grup Excursionista Els Perduts will take us from Begur to Tamariu, all the way through the GR92. Take in the views of Sant Josep, La Guàrdia and Aiguablava, as well as the coves of Fornells, Aiguablava and Sa Tuna.

Scuba diving in the Medes
If you want a truly intense underwater experience, l'Estartit is the place for you. The Estació Nàutica Estartit-Illes Medes will immerse you in one of the Mediterranean's finest marine flora and fauna reserves: the Illes Medes. Day 2

Flying by balloon
Flying over the Cap de Creus, the Montgrí, the medieval villages of Peralada, Cabanes and Castelló d'Empúries, as well as the Bay of Roses, is nothing short of spectacular. Airona and Voltor both organise sunrise departures from Figueres.

Kayak in the Aiguamolls
It's a truly spectacular experience to take in the calm silence of the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. Journey through its waters with SK Kayak; as you skirt round the Caramany Island from Sant Pere Pescador, enjoy the sight of numerous different bird species.

Skydiving above Roses
