Estival Park Salou

Aquum Spa & Wellness of the Hotel Estival Park offers 4,000 square metres for well-being, rest and health. It offers three options conceived to meet all needs: Aquum Spa, Aquum Club and Aquum Wellness.

The resort of Estival Park Salou is on the Costa Daurada, on the seafront opposite Pineda beach. It consists of three five-storey buildings with a total of nearly a thousand rooms, a set of sports facilities and a large water spa and fun park.

The Aquum is a modern glass building covering 3,100 square metres given over to water activities. Along the route taking you from one pool to the other, you experience up to fifty different sensations thanks to the temperature variations and the use of underwater currents, pressure jets, waterfalls, bubbles, slides, river stones, showers, etc.

There is also a glass-fronted sauna and a completely insulated cromotherapy room. The latter has subdued lighting in different colours and screens films of relaxing landscapes. Outside the building there is another pool and a Jacuzzi.

The centre also has the means and specialists needed to provide all kinds of massages (reflexology, with snails, Cyriax, Shiatsu, Moxibustion, etc.). They also provide therapies using electrotherapy, such as ultrasounds, high frequency waves, ultraviolet rays and electrical stimulation. It is also possible to do physical exercises such as walking rehabilitation and stretching.

The complex has paddle tennis and squash courts, as well as a gym with fitness equipment that is lit by natural light through huge windows. In the centre of the resort there is a circular swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with deckchairs.
