Stone and slate building which occupies the former Baró house. It offers rooms with classic furnishings and cosy spaces near the ski resort of Boí-Taüll.
In recent years Taüll has added this stone and slate building, the former Baró house where the stables and barn of this traditional valley were once located, to its list of hotels. A small covered porch leads into the hotel, built on wooden beams and decorated in predominantly classic furniture, warm-coloured walls and plants tucked into the building's corners.
A spacious lounge with armchairs around the fireplace and large windows serves as a common space, and guests can enjoy breakfast in the dining room to start the day off right. The remaining floors, connected by elevator, boast 28 double rooms, all with a bathroom and some with sloping ceilings on the top floor, and the three suites with hot tub and a spectacular view of the surroundings. One room is adapted disabled guests. Internet access and the ability to rent ski equipment are also part of the services provided at this hotel, located in an area with a number of recreational options, from visits to the Vall de Boí and the thermal facilities of Caldes De Boí, to tours of the Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici, with its glacial lakes.
