Cookery classes at Barcelona Catedral Hotel

In the class, participants prepare a menu, following the chef's guidelines, and then taste what they have prepared.

Barcelona Catedral Hotel offers cookery classes in which chef, Xavier, explains culinary secrets, tricks of the trade and techniques.

The class is open to good cooks, amateurs and people who know nothing about cooking. During the session, participants follow the chef's guidelines to produce a joint menu which they then taste.
