Contemplative route through the Cingles del Collsacabra

The activity will set up a scenario of pleasure and connection with the environment discovering the beauty of several simple locations of the Collsacabra. Half day activity, for adults, for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 12.

We will work on contemplation as a tool to enhance the senses and connect with nature from humility, silence, from sensory perception and intuition, learning to park the mind for a while. Experience the landscape in an experiential way and let it manifest around us instead of us moving through it.

The activity passes slowly and serenely, bidirectional, in the sense that we will experience the landscape on both sides of the skin.
