On the outskirts of the capital of cava, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, where 90% of the sparkling wine production in Spain takes place, is Cavas Ventura Soler. The company, while very new, is backed by a long family tradition linked to the names Ventura and Soler.

The philosophy and main objective of this new, dynamic and modern initiative is to produce wines and cavas that satisfy all palates and achieve long-term recognition for the quality of their products.

From their own vineyards, located within the DO Penedès, they obtain, besides red wines, their three cavas: Brut Nature, Millessime and Rosat. The varieties which make up the blend are the whites Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay and the reds Trepat and Pinot Noir.

Wine tourism visits (appointment by phone necessary) offer guests the opportunity understand the production processes of the firm’s products and the chance to sample them as well.
