The unique building, which is reminiscent of the structure of the large medieval farmhouses, stands in a privileged spot in the countryside at the foot of the Albera massif and overlooking the Empordà plains, which the Mediterranean sea in the background. Around the building there is a large garden, a paddle tennis court and a heated pool. The large windows of the structure offer excellent views of the natural surroundings.

The interior is cosy and well decorated and has lounges, meeting rooms, a fitness centre with jacuzzi and sauna and seventeen spacious double rooms with a bathroom and large windows or terrace. Some of them include a hot tub and all have access to new technologies. Hearty breakfasts are served in the dining room for a leisurely start to the day. The restaurant, which maintains the balance between imagination and traditional flavours, offers fine Mediterranean cuisine washed down with a good selection of wines.
