The Hotel Balneari Font Vella has a refurnished historic building and another two new ones. In addition to the facilities for the treatments, the restaurant, the bar and the gardens, it has a fully equipped events room with a capacity for up to 60 people.

The Hotel Balneari Font Vella, in Sant Hilari Sacalm, houses a well-known natural mineral spring. It has a luxury spa and spacious rooms.

The spa offers massages: geothermal, aromatic, full, pinda, with sea snails, cranial-face-cervical, sports massage, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage, showers, beauty treatments, algae, grape and chocolate wraps, milk, grape and aromatic baths, treatments with vitamin C, pedilavium, indoor pool, ice fountain and steam baths.

The Sacalm, the hotel's restaurant, serves modern dishes inspired in traditional Catalan cuisine and has an extensive wine list.
