The Arts hotel has its Spa on the 43rd floor, the highest in this skyscraper building, from which you can enjoy stunning sea views.

The Wellness centre has eight treatment rooms, hydro massage pools, Turkish bath and sun terrace. The sauna also has an ice dispenser for you to cool down your skin when you leave the sauna, like they do in Finland.

The centre can provide a wide range of relaxation and physical and mental recovery techniques, such as Thai massage, cold stone massage, reflexology and even a deep and energetic body massage that lasts for eighty minutes and aids recovery from jet lag. You can also book two treatments (for example, body massage plus facial) as part of the rituals service.

Inside the Spa itself there is a gym for practising holistic fitness, an exercise programme that works with both body and mind. A personal trainer adapts it to suit each client´s needs. It is not unusual for them to prescribe sessions involving Yoga, Tai-chi-chuan or Pilates.

There is always a selection of fruit, tea, juices and water on hand for users. Essential oils and aromatherapy products can be purchased in the hotel shop.

During their stay, hotel customers can use the Jacuzzi have a swim in the outdoor pool, which are part of a garden area occupying nearly a thousand square metres.
