This accommodation on Montseny is designed for peace and relaxation. Built in natural woods, it is maintained with renewable energies. It has a wellness centre with sauna, acupuncture, osteopathy, zero balancing, shiatsu, massages, holistic homeopathy, physiotherapy and psychotherapy. All of the therapies are applied by qualified experts.

At the foot of the Montseny you will find this apartment block and centre for natural and alternative medicine designed to comply with ecological standards. The building uses Finnish wood, cut near the Arctic circle. The power needed to maintain it is obtained from solar and geothermal energy.

The health centre has Jacuzzi and sauna, and four treatment rooms for acupuncture, homeopathy, osteopathy, reflexology, shiatsu and zero balancing (a technique that combines pressure and body stretching). Various types of massage are also available, such as Ayurvedic, therapeutic, metamorphic, lymphatic drainage and Tui Na, a practice that has its origins in China.

There are other massages that cater for the mind, such as psychotherapy, emotional management and counselling for difficult patches in life.

There are group activities, such as Pilates, several types of Yoga, Reiki, meditation and relaxation. The centre also holds personal development workshops for groups with a maximum of fifteen people.

The aparthotel has eight double rooms, all with a kitchen. The treatments are separate from the accommodation, but combined offers are available. There is also the option of becoming a member of the centre to take part in the instructor-led activities.
