Take a seat and enjoy a spectacular display including eagles, hawks and other fine birds of prey as they fly right by you at the Cim d'Àligues in Sant Feliu de Codines. A free flight session during which the keepers will discuss every species and show you all of the secrets hidden in their magnificent aviaries. Wheelchair access is available.

Uncover a truly unique church inside a cave
There are places in the world that blow you away. The Espai Natural de Sant Miquel del Fai, in Bigues i Riells, is one of them. In the company of a guide, visit the chapel, the Casa del Priorat and the Romanesque church of Sant Miquel - the latter, a structure from the 10th century, is the only church in Spain built directly within a cave - and take in the incredible waterfalls of the Tenes and Rossinyol, which spectacularly work their way through the greenery and fall from the cliffs upon which the monastery is built.

Feel the speed on the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, in Montmeló, where you get to be the F1 driver and take the wheel of a Ferrari, Porsche or Lamborghini. You can also have a go at some road cycling and do relays with other cyclists. As well as that, you can even access the circuit's restricted areas, in the guided tour, where you'll be able to see how a race is organised and how the mechanics get to work.

We'll set off from the Mina de Montcada, constructed to supply the capital in the 18th century. And we'll finish the route in Barcelona's Rec Comtal, a highly important late 10th century hydraulic structure which began at the Roman aqueduct and transported water to Barcelona, remaining functional until the 19th century.
