Malgrat de Mar opens up a world of possibilities: it has more than 4 kilometres of beaches, green spaces such as the Tordera river delta, and entertainment areas for children such as the Francesc Macià park.
It also hides many corners of great historical interest. If you would like to discover them as a family, the urban route is a perfect activity for you do together.
Walking around the town, you will get to know the most emblematic buildings of the municipality and all the interesting facts that are known about them. You will discover the neoclassical Sant Nicolau church, and the Town Hall which was inaugurated in 1913 and which has modernist characteristics.
You will also walk past the Cooperative, a 16th century building converted into a library, and the old Hospital and the Chapel. It's the perfect opportunity to learn all about how the people of Malgrat have lived throughout history.
