Stunning Indian-style building that was built in the early 20th century by a godson of King Alfonso XII and his wife, Carmen, daughter of a businessman who made his fortune in the West Indies. The house is surrounded by a lush garden and located within walking distance of the sea. It has five bedrooms and three separate apartments.
The marina of Les Cases d'Alcanar is a five-minute drive from the house and ten from the Parc Natural del Delta de l'Ebre. Nearby guests can enjoy hiking, cycling, fishing and water sports. The beaches of the Delta de l'Ebre are sandy and very uncrowded, so they are an excellent place to relax. The park is an excellent place for bird watching, as it is one of the most important wetlands in southern Europe and has been declared an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Another major attraction of the area is its excellent cuisine, with rice and fish taking the forefront.
