Cooperativa Vinícola de Nulles (Nulles' wine cellar cooperative), founded in 1917, provides visitors with an insight into a renewed brand that goes for new wines and cavas outstanding for their elaborated and exquisite aromas.
The experience starts with a guided visit around the vineyard, where visitors will take pleasure in experiencing the cellar's environment and being told about the climate and the soil.
The next step will be visiting the Modernist cellar, recognised as one of the so-called 'Catedrals del Vi' (Wine Cathedrals); where an enjoyable detailed explanation on the cellar's architecture and the wine and cava production will take place. Inside the cellar our senses will awaken with a tasting of 3 white wines, 2 red wines and 3 Adernarts cavas, together with a tasting of local products.
This experience allows us to show to visitors in a ludic and entertaining way, what's behind a bottle and how to appreciate the nuances and sensations in visual, olfactory and gustatory terms.
