Ridha Ben-Arab is a Tunisian artist settled in Catalonia, with more than forty years’ experience behind him. He studied Fine Arts in Tunisia and specialised at the Massana School in Barcelona. Although he mainly works on ceramics, he can be considered a multidisciplinary artist as he also paints and draws.
He likes to involve and investigate with shapes, and although in other times he made pieces of utilitarian ceramics, now he is more interested in creative work and makes sculptures with great expressive content. His favourite colours in his present stage are white and black, although he also uses blue and the figures are geometric in nature.
