Oli de Ventalló has an agricultural estate producing oils under the brand Serraferran. The company combines traditional techniques with modern machinery to achieve a top quality product in line with the demands of today’s market. They also employ sustainable farming techniques that ensure maximum respect for the environment.
Their oil is produced using the varieties of argudell, an olive type native to Empordà, and arbequina, the most commonly found olive variety in Catalonia. The combination of both results in an oil with an excellent balance of sweet and bitter notes. The oil is packaged in elegant half-litre glass bottles and carafes in gold-coloured aluminium of various sizes.
