As can be gathered from the documentation filed in the Municipal Archives, in the 14th century there were already hermits on this site, who took care of the shrine of Our Lady of Loreto. But it was not until 1780 that a residence was built that would later become Mas dels Frares. Outside the house there is a shed next to a large barbecue, which, along with the pool, are ideal spaces to enjoy the calm and views of the environment and olive groves.
Inside, a large hall with antique furniture gives way to the rest of the house, in a much more modern style, which could perfectly be associated to a large city duplex. In the living room, a metal spiral staircase accentuates this counterpoint between the rural environment and the urban style house inside. The décor and furniture feature bright colours, whereas in some of the single bedrooms, the style becomes fully juvenile, and they are even equipped with desks to review some school work.
