Maria Teresa Díez Llovera is at the forefront of a family company of craftsmen dating back to 1876. She makes her products with top-quality carefully selected merino wool. Her designs particularly highlight the traditional mouth cover, a very thick scarf of the size of a travel blanket which the shepherds in the Pyrenees used to use to protect themselves from the rain and cold. It is characterised by the natural colours of the undyed wool used to make it, buff and dark brown, and may be plain, striped or checked.
In her factory in El Pont de Suert, they make other products such as blanket holders, hats and socks. Her designs can be bought via her website on the Internet.
