Les Disset Fonts inn occupies an iconic old building. Located in the centre of L'Espluga of Francolí, it offers guests simple, functional rooms. It is noted for its restaurant, which serves traditional homemade dishes, with Catalan roots, prepared using locally sourced, seasonal produce. Its location makes it perfect for visiting the Coves de L'Espluga, one of the longest caves in the world, made of conglomerate rock. Guests can also visit the Museu de la Vida Rural, which documents the life and activity of the families who worked the land, or the ancient Jewish baths known as mikveh, where the purpose of this ritual purification process is explained.
