Activity to be performed according to the season:
From September to October: In the vineyard :vintage . In the cellar: see the process of preparation and fermentation of wines.
From November to March: In the vineyard: pruning. In the cellar: tast from semi-finished vats and decision making coupages wines.
From April to June: In the vineyard: green pruning and monitoring flowering and ripening of the grapes to control the production and maturation. In the cellar: The process of bottling, tasting wines from the vats, tasting new wines coming to market with comparative tasting of wines from previous vintages .
July and August: In the vineyard: Control of ripening to determine the optimum ripeness and proceed to prune. In the cellar: Preparing the cellar for grapes, wine tasting from the vats and decision for the optimal time to move to the upbringing and bottling process.
Accommodation in Cal Ruget, rural hotel located in the heart of Penedès, a major wine producing areas of the world and cava. Surrounded by vineyards with magnificent views of the mountains of Montserrat and the region.
The activity includes:
1 Night accommodation in the Hotel Cal Ruget Biohotel. Double room with breakfast.
