El Turrós is located at the entrance to the village of Argelaguer from the direction of Sant Jaume de Llierca, in the region of Garrotxa. It is an old 17th-century country house set among forests of oak between the valleys of the rivers Fluvià and Llierca, in the foothills of Santa Magdalena de Montpalau. The house can accommodate six guests and features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge-dining room on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a lounge and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The establishment has a restaurant that serves homemade cuisine prepared with local produce. It also has free WiFi.
The area offers numerous activities due to its proximity to Parc Natural de la Zona Volcànica de la Garrotxa, which boasts more than 40 volcanoes and oak and beech forests. Trails can be done on foot or by mountain bike, and horse riding trips are also organised.
