Located on the Camós mountain four kilometres from Banyoles and its lake, in an area that spans the regions of El Pla de l'Estany, Gironès and Alt Empordà, Can Tapis is a holiday home belonging to the Torre de Dalt estate. It is an iconic country house for its architecture and the preservation of its oil mill, bay window, exit, arches and old trees in its grounds. It measures 1,000 square metres and consists of three separate cottages: L'Eixida, El Mirador and El Trull. Each one has its own dining room, kitchen and lounge.
Its natural surroundings are ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding. Nearby, guests can also do adventure sports like archery, orienteering, quad biking and canyoning. For medieval history buffs, a visit to the town of Besalú is a must.
