La Fleca and La Llar are the names of the two houses that Mas El Soler de Terrades rents while the owners live on the first floor of the house. Both options retain the essence of their rustic origin as they are built of stone and wood. La Fleca, built in 1716, was an old farmhouse with a typical Catalan vaulted ceiling, located on a sharecropping farm; it still maintains its traditional bread oven. La Llar is another old farmhouse, built in 1600 with oak-beamed ceilings.
The house is located in the mountains and is surrounded by nature. From the house, guests can watch the magnificent sunsets and, if gazing out for a longer time, to contemplate the starry sky.. Outdoor spaces include two covered porches with individual barbecues and picnic tables as well as a garden area and a nine-metre long pool. There are many sports and leisure facilities and a playground with sand and a slide. Guests can also visit the vegetable garden and the farmyard and interact with birds, rabbits, goats, pigs and two horses.
