Located in Mura, one of the most beautiful villages in Catalonia, whose medieval past is still very present, Puig de la Balma is an old 12th-century country house with 26 generations of history, which offers guests the opportunity to stay in a unique historical location and experience an authentic rural environment. It has five double bedrooms decorated with great elegance respecting the rustic style. The establishment has a restaurant that serves traditional, homemade breakfasts and lunches prepared with local produce.
It also has a swimming pool located in the old sheep pen, a 14th-century chapel, restored in 1996, and a shop selling artisan products. In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy Parc Natural de Sant Llorenç del Munt y l'Obac, where the mountains of Mola and Montcau are situated. There are also numerous walking trails, such as the one that goes from Mura to Coll de Estenalles.
