The interior of the house is cosy and comfortable. The walls combine brick and exposed stone, whereas the vaulted roofs are typical of old Catalan buildings. The living/dining room is spacious and features an integrated kitchen with a separate island inviting you to share the food processing. The furniture is rustic and modern, whereas some of the architectural elements, such as the fireplace, provide a more modern touch and design to the lounge area. The dining room is dominated by a solid oak table, which invites you to have leisurely meals. Already on the first floor, the rooms are organised around a small living room.
The exterior is dominated by a garden with saltwater pool and natural grass, where there is a large pine, which gives its name to the house. Another outdoor area is the inner courtyard, which is sheltered by the surrounding walls. Already on the top floor, you can enjoy a discreet terrace with sundeck and views of the Canigó massif.
