The building occupied by this establishment was first renovated in the 19th century and has now has been restored with a great deal of care, retaining the original features and adding modern services and amenities, resulting in a space that combines comfort with a unique character. The ground floor houses a space that combines the kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace. Outside, there is a lovely space for children to run and play, while adults prepare lunch or dinner on the barbecue. It also has a pool measuring 8 x 4 metres, shared with another rural house pertaining to the same farm, Cabanya del Permanyer.
El Permanyer is part of the Casamiquela manor, one of the most emblematic townhouses of the region and the gateway to the Lluçanès from Vic. It is located at an altitude of 800 metres, in a natural environment surrounded by oak and pine forests, cornfields and meadows. On the property, guests can observe agricultural and livestock farming activities.
