Tuixent is a small mountain village in the region of Alt Urgell, in Lleida. It is surrounded by great mountains and the Parc Natural Cadí-Moixeró. This means that guests can go skiing and Nordic skiing on the nearby slopes in winter, practice adventure sports such as rafting and canoeing in spring and summer, while autumn offers exquisite mushrooms for picking.
El Paller de Cal Sinca is an old barn which has been recently renovated and turned into two independent rural houses. Each of them is named after the mountain that can be seen from their interior. La Roca del Migdia can accommodate four to six people. It consists of a dining room with access to a balcony, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a bathroom with washing machine and a magnificent loft with two beds and a sofa bed. Everything is decorated in a rustic style, with wood and warm colours.
