Edelweiss is a hidden jewel tucked away in the outskirts of La Garriga, not far from the town centre and surrounded by extensive gardens and woodland. The building, designed in 1907 by the architect Salvador Comas, is registered as local heritage. The owners, Antonio Gazo and Francesca Comas, are also the hosts at this exclusive, distinguished space that breathes modernism from every pore.
The four vast, airy rooms are all named after flowers, and each has a balcony or terrace, as well as being furnished with charming period pieces. The restaurant offers natural, healthy cuisine prepared using seasonal produce. The premises also boast a fully equipped business centre for hosting meetings, training courses, presentations and other events.
