The Cooperativa del Camp Sant Isidre Llaurador de La Pobla de Cérvoles only operates during the olive oil season during the months of November and December. During this period, visitors can see the mill in action and even try unfiltered olive oil. It is the best way of getting an idea of how olive oil is made. The cooperative ceases to be active during the rest of the year, although it is always open to visitors, who can enjoy explanations of the oil production process while touring the cooperative’s traditional facilities.
Visitors can also buy the odd bottle of olive oil until amount the spring season when the cooperative’s production for the year tends to be sold out. The oil is sold under the brand name Serra la Llena in various formats, from half-litre bottles to 5-litre carafes.
