Cal Torrentí is located in the Berguedà region, in Casserres, a village known for its stone houses and 12th-century Romanesque church of Sant Pau de Casserres. Its location at the start of the road linking the town with Gironella and about two kilometres from the urban centre of the municipality, offers easy access to Berguedà, Bages, Solsona, Alt Urgell and Cerdanya, via the Cadí tunnel.
The house is a typical Catalan country house with two floors, now converted into two independent accommodations. The ground floor can accommodate six people (a maximum of eight), and features central heating, fireplace, bathroom, three bedrooms and a kitchen. The first floor can accommodate seven people (a maximum of nine), and features central heating, fireplace, two bathrooms, two double rooms, one triple room, and a kitchen.
