A house from the early 20th century, on the outskirts of Ivars de Urgell, a village of about 1,700 inhabitants. It was renovated in 2007 to turn it into rural housing and is characterized by its rooms, which are spacious and bright, and a garden with lawn and swimming-pool. It is decorated in classical style.
Nearby guests can go hiking, biking, fishing, hang gliding, ballooning, parachuting and paragliding or play a round of golf. Among the most interesting visits are the chapel of the Verge de la Horta and the church of Sant Andreu, both in Ivars d'Urgell. The house is very close to the Estany d'Ivars i Vilasana, an important natural space equipped with viewing points for bird watching and paths that run around the reservoir that you can use either on foot or by bicycle. The city of Lleida is less than a half hour's drive away.
